Do I need to download an app to use it?

No app needed. There’s no setup or installation required. Just tap your phone to the cookie and a unique digital fortune will appear instantly in your browser.

How often do the fortunes change and are they personalised?

You’ll receive a new fortune every day, and each cookie delivers a unique stream of messages. No two people receive the same set, making it truly personal.

Is it durable? Can I carry it with me?

Yes, each cookie is handcrafted from clay and cured for strength, making it water-resistant and suitable for everyday use. The keychain version is great for on-the-go, while the magnet is perfect for home or office.

What’s included in my order?

Your Smart Fortune Cookie™ comes in a beautifully designed gift box that opens like a real cookie. Inside, you’ll find your cookie, a quick-start guide, and instructions for use.

Will it work with my phone?

Where do you ship to?

We ship to Australia, Canada, China, Hong Kong SAR, India, Indonesia, Japan, Macao SAR, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, United Kingdom, USA and Vietnam.

How long does shipping take?

Domestic

For orders within Australia, please allow 2-5 business days for delivery to metropolitan areas, and 3-11 business days for delivery to regional areas (including WA and NT) after your order has shipped. 

International

For International orders, note that delivery timeframes vary depending on your location, and can take between 2 to 6 weeks to arrive. Please note that even with these estimates, transit times may vary due to customs delays.

Do you offer a cheaper international shipping option?

To make international shipping more affordable, we now offer a budget-friendly shipping option for bookmarks, stickers, and gift tags at just $4 USD. This option helps keep costs low but does not include tracking. Since shipping is calculated by weight, if your order surpasses the weight limit for this tier, it will automatically move to the next shipping tier, which includes tracking. This ensures that heavier orders are shipped securely while still keeping costs as reasonable as possible.

Please note that by selecting the $4 USD untracked shipping option, you acknowledge that Goose & Pebble is not liable for lost or delayed packages. If you prefer a more secure delivery, we recommend selecting a shipping option that includes tracking.

Do I have to pay customs fees, duties or taxes?

Goose & Pebble is not responsible for any customs fees, duties or taxes incurred on international shipments as these are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Should you require further information about your country’s laws on taxes and duties, please contact your local customs or relevant authorities directly.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if an item arrives damaged, please send us an email at hello@gooseandpebble.com within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will provide a solution for you.

My order has shipped to the wrong address!

If your order has been shipped to the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible.

If the incorrect address was provided during checkout, we recommend reaching out to the local postal service or courier to see if they can redirect the parcel. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

If the error was on our part, we will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your items promptly.
