Is shipping free?

Shipping is free within Australia on orders of $100 or more.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to Australia, Canada, China, Hong Kong SAR, India, Indonesia, Japan, Macao SAR, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, United Kingdom and Vietnam.

Would you love to have your country listed? Please let us know and we will see what we can do!

If your country isn't on the list, we can't ship there just yet.

How long does shipping take?

Domestic

For orders within Australia, please allow 2–5 business days for delivery to metropolitan areas, and 3–11 business days for delivery to regional areas (including WA and NT) after your order has shipped.

International

For international orders, delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and can take between 2 and 6 weeks to arrive. Even with these estimates, transit times may vary due to customs delays.

We don't offer express shipping at this time.

Do I have to pay customs fees, duties or taxes?

Goose & Pebble is not responsible for any customs fees, duties or taxes incurred on international shipments as these are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Should you require further information about your country’s laws on taxes and duties, please contact your local customs or relevant authorities directly.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will provide a solution for you.

My order has shipped to the wrong address!

If your order has been shipped to the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible.

If the incorrect address was provided during checkout, we recommend reaching out to the local postal service or courier to see if they can redirect the parcel. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

If the error was on our part, we will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your items promptly. We kindly ask that you check all order details before checking out with us.
