We hope you adore your Goose & Pebble pieces, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Change of Mind

As a small handmade business, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. We kindly ask that you choose carefully before purchasing.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll gladly offer a refund, replacement, or repair in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Personalised & Custom Orders

Personalised and made-to-order pieces are crafted just for you, so we can’t offer returns or refunds unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Starting a Return

To organise a return or let us know about an issue, please email hello@gooseandpebble.com. We’ll guide you through what to do next.

Returned items must be in original condition and packaging. Unless the item is faulty or we’ve made a mistake, return postage is at the customer’s expense.
